The Michigan has been a firm favourite with riders who want timeless looks – and the air of a classic leather jacket – backed by thoroughly modern textile weather protection, comfort and practicality. Re-engineered for 2026, the Michigan 2.0 keeps that character intact and upgrades the substance underneath.
Protection is updated with removable RE ZRO® protectors at the shoulders, elbows and back. Developed in the UK, it is lighter and more flexible than conventional protectors and is the world’s first biodegradable motorcycle armour. It’s protection you’ll barely notice, on the bike or off it. Added to the tough 600D outer shell, it means the Michigan is certified to the latest EN17092-3:2020 AA safety standard.
A new full-length storm liner sits behind the main zipper, with its own zipped closure, sealing out wind and rain. A waterproof, windproof and breathable drop liner, and removable 75gsm quilted thermal lining, help the wearer react to changeable conditions.
Fit and security have been refined with popper-retained closures throughout: at the Neoprene-trimmed adjustable collar, the adjustable waist belt system, and the cuffs, which now close with both zip and popper. A trouser connection zip with comfort stretch panel allows secure pairing with Weise™ textile trousers.
Storage is practical and discreet: zipped chest pockets, zipped handwarmer pockets and two internal pockets offer plenty of room for everyday essentials.
The Michigan 2.0 retails at £249.99 including VAT and is available in Black, in sizes SM–5XL. Subtle Weise™ embroidery completes the understated look.
