Off Road Skills is thrilled to announce that Gareth Edmunds has been appointed as Managing Director and will assume day-to-day responsibility for leading the business.
Founder Simon Pavey will remain actively involved in Off Road Skills. As Chief Instructor, Simon will continue to manage the training curriculum and adventure rides programme, as well as supporting operations. His continued presence will provide continuity while supporting a smooth management transition.
Gareth brings a combination of commercial leadership, technical expertise and top-level motorsport experience to his role as Managing Director. His career spans senior motorcycle group leadership positions, brand management in the performance suspension sector, advanced engineering responsibilities within automotive performance, as well as hands-on technical roles within elite factory racing programmes across motocross, enduro and rally. This blend of strategic, operational and technical experience positions Gareth strongly to lead Off Road Skills with energy, credibility and ambition.
