Fabrizio Cazzoli Appointed Ducati Global Sales & After Sales DirectorDucati announces the appointment of Fabrizio Cazzoli as Global Sales & After Sales Director, with his simultaneous entry into the company’s Board of Management.

Cazzoli has extensive experience at Ducati, where he began his career in logistics and then held roles of increasing responsibility in commercial and international operations. He previously managed Ducati’s Japanese subsidiary, and after a significant stint at Maserati, he returned to manage strategic markets such as China and the United Kingdom, strengthening his strategic vision, skills and knowledge of the international context in which the Borgo Panigale-based manufacturer operates.

In his new role, Fabrizio Cazzoli will be responsible for leading Ducati’s Sales & After Sales activities globally, defining the company’s commercial strategy and ensuring its execution in various markets. He will coordinate the brand’s commercial development in 86 countries, taking direct responsibility for the 13 National Sales companies and the network of independent distributors, maintaining constant dialogue with the entrepreneurs and partners who represent Ducati worldwide. Key functions such as Sales Strategies, Planning and Business Development, Commercial After Sales, Service, CRM and Customer Experience Excellence and Dealer Training will also report to him.

Cazzoli succeeds Francesco Milicia, who, after having significantly contributed to Ducati’s growth in various managerial roles, will embark on a new professional challenge within the Group.

“I am very happy to welcome Fabrizio to the Board,” commented Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati. “Fabrizio is a true Ducatista. He spent the early years of his career in Borgo Panigale and then gained direct experience across several markets, giving him a deep understanding of what makes the Ducati experience unique and special. This is particularly important at such a complex time for the market. Everyone on Ducati’s Board knows him well, which will allow him to settle into the role quickly. I would also like to thank Francesco Milicia. Throughout his many different roles at Ducati, he has always achieved outstanding results and built a very positive relationship with his people, demonstrating remarkable leadership skills.”

Ducati is a unique brand, capable of combining innovation, performance and passion. Together with my colleagues and partners in our sales network, we will continue to work to further strengthen the brand’s presence worldwide and offer increasingly engaging experiences to our clients and enthusiasts.”

Following Fabrizio Cazzoli’s appointment, his current responsibility for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Norway markets will be entrusted to Sara Falzolgher, Marketing and Communications Director. With extensive international experience gained in various roles within Ducati and across multiple markets, Falzolgher will take over the leadership of the UK subsidiary with the aim of continuing its growth path and further strengthening the brand’s presence in this key market.

With these appointments, Ducati confirms its commitment to evaluating internal expertise and ensuring strategic continuity for its growth, leveraging a management team with in-depth knowledge of the brand, its uniqueness and the value it offers to its passionate clients around the world.
