New Vespa Fibre HelmetsVespa has added three new open face helmets to its range, ready for summer.

Ideal for urban use, the new helmets feature a demi-jet design for all-round vision on busy streets, and are compact enough to fit in most under-seat storage compartments, top boxes and side cases. Unlike many traditional open-face ‘lids’, they also feature a retractable sun visor.

All three have a glass fibre shell, secured by a micro-adjustable seatbelt-style strap and fastener, with a quick-release system, so there’s no fiddling around when you arrive at your destination.

A breathable, textile lining helps keeps the wearer comfortable and cool when hustling through busy streets. It’s removable and washable, to keep it fresh and clean throughout the riding season.

The Fibre Decal (below) comes in either Black or White, with contrasting centre stripes for a racy, retro look. It has a glass fibre shell, drop-down sun visor and shares the Carbon’s goggle-strap retainer. Retail price = £149.99.

The Fibre Lux (above) comes in White, has a fibre-glass shell with a broad central band in contrasting synthetic leather and metal Vespa logos. It also features a goggle-retainer and a retractable sun visor. Retail price = £159.99.
