With the appointments of Benjamin Neu as European Marketing Director and Nicolas Mariotti as European Sales Director, SENA is entering a new phase of growth in Europe.
The move comes amid an unprecedented wave of product launches in the motorcycle market, with 15 new products being launched this year, including a new generation of smart helmets.
“SENA is currently launching products in Europe at an unprecedented pace. Our role is to strengthen every stage of the customer journey, from understanding the value of a motorcycle communication system to choosing the right product. This means making our range easier to understand, using messages that reflect how riders actually use our products, and giving retailers better support,” says Benjamin Neu, European Marketing Director at SENA.
The new European organisation will also strengthen SENA’s work with its distribution network. With a broader product range, SENA aims to give dealers more support, helping them advise every type of rider: first-time buyers, riders travelling in pairs or groups, tourers, commuters, or those looking for a fully integrated smart helmet.
“SENA has a strong track record of innovation, an established reputation among riders and significant growth potential in the motorcycle intercom market. My aim is to support that growth by building closer relationships with our customers and continuing to pursue an ambitious, sustainable sales strategy. Smart helmets are also a key focus: designed in-house, they are a natural extension of our expertise, bringing helmet design and communication technology together,” says Nicolas Mariotti, European Sales Director at SENA.
With this new organisation, SENA aims to support its growth across Europe’s key markets, strengthen support for its distribution network and make motorcycle communication systems simpler to understand, easier to choose and more natural for riders to adopt.
