Honda’s fashionable SH variant, the SH Mode 125, has received a number of useful updates for 27YM that strengthen its style, technology, and ultimately appeal.
Since joining the Honda SH family in 2014, the SH Mode 125 has found favour with European customers thanks to its winning combination of attractive styling, comprehensive technology and appealing price point, with over 152,000 finding European homes over its twelve-year production run.
For the new model year, the SH Mode 125 amplifies its winning formula further through a refreshed look, new colour options and enhanced tech. The changes come courtesy of a redesigned front fascia, which adds a new dynamic, mass forward approach to the styling. Taut creases on the fairing bring the SH Mode right into the modern day, whilst a revised muffler protective cover finishes off the visual refresh. The new changes are complemented by a range of stylish new colour options.
The centrepiece of the new riding experience though, is the new, full colour 4.2-inch TFT display, which replaces the traditional analogue dials. Crisp, clear and designed to be easily readable in any light, the new display brings the SH Mode 125 right up to date. To support convenient smartphone charging, the USB socket has been updated from a Type A to Type C.
Mechanically unchanged for 27YM, the SH Mode 125 remains built around the enhanced Smart Architecture Frame (eSAF) and powered by the proven enhance Smart Power Plus (eSP+) 125cc engine. Producing 8.7Kw @ 8,500rpm and peak torque of 12.0Nm @ 5,000rpm, the unit is equipped with Idling Stop to maximise efficiencies and deliver fuel efficiency of 50km/l.
The 27YM SH Mode 125 will be available in the following colour options:
- **NEW** Pearl Nostalgic Green
- **NEW** Vanilla White
- Candy Luster Red
- Matt Galaxy Black Metallic
