Suzuki GB has announced the launch of a new, industry-leading, Up-To-10-Year Warranty scheme.
The new warranty scheme replaces the previous Up-To-Seven-Year Warranty, further emphasising Suzuki’s confidence in the reliability and durability of its products.
Following the expiration of the standard three-year warranty, owners of Suzuki models up to a decade old – or 70,000 miles, whichever milestone is reached first – can benefit from the cover, simply by ensuring their bike is serviced annually in line with the manufacturer service schedule at an authorised Suzuki dealership.
Buyers of secondhand used models can also benefit from the warranty, even if their Suzuki has a gap in its service history. Following a health check and service at their nearest dealership, Suzuki GB will restart the bike’s warranty cover.
Suzuki GB’s customer retention manager, Jacob Lewis, commented, “Offering Up-To-10-Year Warranty was a logical step for us. We know the rigorous levels of testing and development our motorcycles are subjected to, which is why we have the confidence we do in their reliability and performance. Of course, they are mechanical objects and sometimes parts need replacing. However, our customers can rest assured and benefit from the added peace of mind of knowing that their bike is covered, allowing them to ride longer and worry less.”
